- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unassembled, uninstalled, and pristine condition with all original protective packaging, hardware kits, and tags fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a furniture piece with a manufacturing defect or damage sustained during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered upholstery, assembled furniture modified by the customer, or items showing signs of wear and tear or misuse cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original freight and restocking costs, once our team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned items.
